Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the main spare parts and repairs activities for Richemont Maison watches in the London workshop. You will ensure daily processing of spare parts, repairs, and kit boxes, with SAP flow managed accordingly.

Ideal candidates have experience in supply chain or customer service, and a keen eye for accuracy, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; watchmaking knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Supply Chain/Customer service related experience desired.
• Watchmaking/Jewellery experience desired.
• SAP and Excel experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts / repairs from/to other departments.
• Matching of spare parts/repairs
• Management of spare parts' orders
• Ensure a proper follow-up of spare parts deliveries
• Daily filling of kit boxes
• Updates of kit boxes' layouts
• Maintenance of the area including kit boxes in the workshop
• Run daily reports & action follow-ups as needed

YOUR MISSION:

To manage efficiently and effectively the main Supply and Matching activities related to the servicing of Richemont Maison's watches. You will be ensuring that spare parts and repairs are processed daily, kit boxes are up to date and filled with consumables and SAP flow managed accordingly.
