Job summary

Richemont is seeking a proactive Supply and Matching professional in London to manage the end-to-end servicing of Richemont Maison watches. You will coordinate spare parts and repairs across departments, ensure daily processing, and oversee kit boxes and consumables while maintaining SAP flow.

You will generate daily reports, follow up on deliveries, and uphold a meticulous, client-focused approach in a fast-paced environment, with watchmaking or jewellery experience and SAP/Excel skills

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and detail orientation are essential.
• Experience in supply chain or customer service is preferred.
• Watchmaking/jewellery familiarity is advantageous.
• SAP and Excel proficiency is expected.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Management of spare parts / repairs from/to other departments.
• Matching of spare parts/repairs.
• Management of spare parts' orders.
• Ensure a proper follow-up of spare parts deliveries.
• Daily filling of kit boxes.
• Updates of kit boxes' layouts.
• Maintenance of the area including kit boxes in the workshop.
• Run daily reports & action follow-ups as needed.
