Job summary

Swatch Group in Southampton is seeking a warehouse/storekeeper to handle incoming deliveries, inspect parts for quality, and ensure accurate logging and storage. You will support inventory control, manage stock locations, and pick parts for repairs and for external customers in accordance with brand requirements.

You will work with multiple brands, adapt processes to SLAs, participate in cycle counts, and liaise with the CS Technical Operations to resolve stock shortages.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse or storekeeping.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Experience in luxury watch or technical parts industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unpack deliveries and check accuracy, quality, and damage.
• Maintain stock records and monitor levels and locations.
• Pick and prepare parts for repairs and external customers.
• Assist with cycle counts and stock audits.
• Log receipts and storage locations; keep storage tidy.
• Adapt picking/dispatch to brand requirements and SLAs.
• Support CS Technical Operations with material queries.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental regulations compliance.
