We’re seeking dynamic Cover Supervisors in Swansea to join local secondary schools and support students in their day-to-day learning. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
Deliver pre-set work and ensure classroom discipline
Provide assistance to students and manage classroom behaviour
Report on student progress and incidents as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths
Experience working with young people (education, coaching, youth work)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
An enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
Right to work in the UK
Experience in a secondary school setting
Welsh language skills are an advantage but not essential
