Supply Chain Planner Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in the manufacturing industry
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Proficient in production scheduling
• Hands-on experience with IQMS ERP system
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Master Production Schedule, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations
• Lead and manage a team, driving optimal performance
• Serve as an IQMS superuser
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams on products and services
• Oversee inventory controls, including phase-in/phase-out, maintaining efficient levels and cycle counts
• Provide innovation and guidance on standardized processes and systems to improve production
• Create purchase orders, manage delivery and quality issues, and participate in vendor audits
