Job summary

Riverway Foods, based in Harlow, is recruiting for an additional Supply Chain Planner to join our collaborative planning department as we take the business to the next stage of development. The role involves managing materials supply, forecasting demand, and producing daily and weekly production plans using bespoke tools.

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong stakeholder engagement are essential; food manufacturing experience is advantageous, and being within commuting distance to

Qualifications

• Proficient in intermediate to advanced MS Excel.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment (desirable).
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Broad business awareness.
• Willing to commute to Harlow.

Responsibilities

• Operate bespoke planning tools tailored to Riverway Foods’ requirements.
• Manage all aspects of materials supply into the business.
• Taking responsibility for supplier communications.
• Forecast demand and generate weekly plans using tools.
• Feed data into daily production plans and maintain schedules.
• Schedule daily work streams to provide an achievable plan.
