Job summary

Not disclosed is seeking a Supply Chain & Production Planner to own daily production planning at a Nottinghamshire site. You will work with factory teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time.

The role demands experience in food manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and a proactive approach to improving planning processes. The position offers development with new systems and Friday-to-Monday style shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Production Planning role within food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling, stock management and coordinating customer orders.
• Confident using Excel and working with production planning or stock management systems.
• Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and communicate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily production schedules, ensuring the right products are produced and packed on time.
• Coordinate customer orders, stock and materials to keep production running smoothly.
• Work with production, technical and operations teams to overcome challenges and changing demands.
• Drive improvements in efficiency and help introduce new planning systems.
