Brook Street is sourcing a Supply Chain Planner in Skelmersdale to own a defined product range, balancing demand, supplier lead times and stock investment. You will work with both domestic and international suppliers to ensure timely, cost-efficient availability and service levels.

The role involves forecasting demand, resolving supply challenges, and driving continuous improvement across planning processes in a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain Planning or related roles.
• Strong forecasting and stock control knowledge.
• Experience with international suppliers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing.
• Experience using ERP/MRP inventory tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor demand trends and maintain stock availability.
• Develop forecasting and replenishment plans.
• Review lead times and order quantities.
• Manage purchase orders end-to-end.
• Build supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Coordinate domestic and international supply activities.
• Identify process improvements with Lean methods.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline planning.
