Job summary

Bella+Duke is seeking a reliable and proactive planner to support the Supply Chain Manager in day-to-day operations at our Inverkeithing facility. You will focus on production planning, stock levels, and ensuring efficient throughput to support fast growth.

You will build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence. The role is on-site with standard hours 07:30–16:00 and a 12-month maternity cover, with

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, Pivot Tables).
• Experience in FMCG planning within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach.
• High attention to detail across multiple data sources.
• Autonomous, responsible ownership of key activities.
• Ability to remain organized under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and solutions.
• Clear, effective stakeholder communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Production planning — plan and schedule factory production for efficient throughput.
• EU export ownership — manage end-to-end export processes for EU operations.
• Retail process setup — support creation and implementation of processes for new retail customers.
• Finished goods management — maintain stock at target levels and ensure availability.
• Raw material ordering — order materials and manage supplier forecasts.
• Stock movement tracking — monitor stock movement and investigate discrepancies.
• Operational support — assist with stock counts, goods-in, and other duties.
• Stakeholder collaboration — build relationships with production, finance, and distribution.
• Project contribution — participate in supply chain projects and process development.
