We're Beauty Pie. We're the world's first luxury beauty and wellness buyers' club. And we're disrupting the beauty industry, one face cream at a time.

Before we arrived on the scene, if you wanted really great beauty products, you had to shop at traditional beauty retail - and overpay for all the crazy markups. Now, our members have access to shop from the best-quality beauty and wellness products (from the leading labs in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc) and get a bigger piece of the Beauty Pie.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Develop, implement and optimise supply chain plans for a complex SKU portfolio to meet customer demand while driving inventory efficiency and maintaining global ABCD availability targets
  • Ensure excellent product availability across our existing range
  • Monitor and analyse category performance including demand forecast changes in partnership with Demand Planning to anticipate / approve changes and adjust supply plans accordingly as part of the monthly IBP process.
  • Partner with Demand Planning, SRM and NPD teams to build a robust NPD procurement strategy (initial pipefill and reorders) to launch innovations OTIF and maintain supply with optimal stock investment.
  • Play a key role for your categories in the IBP (integrated business planning) process (supply review).
  • Coordinate the smooth exit/ transition of discon/EPDs with minimal business disruption and waste.
  • Conduct ongoing category performance analysis to support insights/actions that drive revenue while delivering efficiencies in total Inventory holding for your categories.

We believe it's all about mindset, great skills, the right attitude and a fantastic work ethic. If you're aligned to our values, excited about the opportunity, and you're really good at what you do (even if you don't tick all the boxes) apply anyway!

  • 2+ years solid experience of supply planning excellence demonstrated through strong KPI results.
  • Be analytically minded with the ability to interpret complex sets of data to inform your decisions.
  • Comfortable with working autonomously and being held accountable for KPIs for your categories.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, challenging business experiencing extremely high growth.
  • A strong grasp of end to end supply chain, especially manufacturing, procurement & logistics.
  • Commercially astute with an understanding of FMCG, eCommerce, luxury beauty or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across various functional teams and vendors.
  • Very comfortable with change as change is the only constant in our business.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of urgency & priority.
  • Ability to proactively and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse data to make informed decisions.
  • Advanced Excel skills. Strong MRP & ERP knowledge (Oracle Netsuite & Anaplan ideally).
  • Continuous improvement, adaptability and growth mindset.
