Job summary

Sanofi in Reading offers a Supply Chain Industrial Placement – Customer Fulfillment & Demand Planning for 12 months, starting July 2027. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite) and focuses on end-to-end order processing, forecasting, and inventory management within a global healthcare organisation.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to maintain product availability, analyze performance data, and contribute to continuous improvement while developing SAP and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/ planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end order processing with logistics teams.
• Prepare and analyze supply chain performance reports.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and stock discrepancies.
• Support demand planning by reviewing data for forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
