• Monitor inventory levels and support activities to prevent shortages and improve stock availability.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and resolution of stock discrepancies.
• Support demand planning by reviewing data and contributing to forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to maintain product availability and service levels.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to gather and connect information from multiple sources.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong systems aptitude and willingness to learn ERP and planning tools, such as SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other common business applications.
