Noble Foods Limited, Home of the Happy Egg Co., is seeking a highly organised Supply Chain Administrator to join the team on a 12 month FTC. You will manage customer orders from entry to delivery and support cross-functional teams in Sales, Production and Logistics.

With strong administration skills and proficiency in Excel and Outlook, you will produce service level reports, handle supplier and customer queries, and contribute to continuous improvements within a busy supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritise and work accurately under pressure.
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Raising and amending customer sales orders
• Coordinating information between Sales, Production and Transport teams
• Managing customer queries and resolving supply chain issues
• Supporting Supply Chain Planners with day-to-day operations
• Producing service level reports and business insights
• General administration including POs, order confirmations and equipment requests
