Job summary

MKJ Ignite is seeking a Head of Supply Chain & Operations to lead operational strategy across global markets, with a strong UK focus. The role reports to the Operations Director and requires building a high-performing team while scaling the business.

You will own logistics, compliance, and supplier onboarding, liaise with manufacturers, and drive cost modelling and process improvements to enable rapid growth in a fast-paced food & beverage brand.

Qualifications

• Strategic and commercial acumen essential for growth into leadership roles.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and polished communication skills.
• Experience in international logistics and food sector operations preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, compliance, and inventory systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and technical platforms required.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK operations and oversee international markets.
• Manage a team including a Senior Ops Manager and Ops Executives.
• Own logistics, compliance, and client onboarding.
• Liaise with manufacturers and maintain product accreditations (BCorp, Vegan, etc.).
• Create costing models and value chains for commercial analysis.
• Drive process improvement and documentation for scale.
• Support packaging development and product setup.
• Handle food technical queries and support special projects.

Location: Guildford (4 days a week in the office)

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + 10% Bonus

MKJ Ignite are thrilled to be partnering with a fast-growing international food & beverage brand to hire a newly created Head of Supply Chain & Operations to lead its operational strategy across multiple global markets, with a strong focus on the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior operations professional ready to take the next step in their career and help scale a high-performing, ambitious business. As Head of Supply Chain & Operations, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence across all markets, with a strong focus on the UK. Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll lead a talented team and help shape the future of the business as it scales globally.

What will you be doing?

• Leading the UK operations and overseeing international markets


• Managing a team including a Senior Ops Manager and Ops Executives


• Owning logistics, compliance, and client onboarding
