Job summary

Ignite, a fast-growing women's health & wellness brand in London, is hiring a Supply Chain & Operations Manager. You’ll work closely with the founders to drive day-to-day operations of a high-growth ecommerce business, with broad exposure to inventory, product launches and operational strategy.

This startup environment rewards practical thinking, ownership from day one, and collaboration with 3PL partners, suppliers, and internal teams. Hybrid working and meaningful ownership are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience within operations, ecommerce or supply chain.
• Experience with Shopify and/or TikTok shop.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with data.
• Comfortable helping with customer service.
• Proactive, resourceful and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working within a fast-moving startup or challenger brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day communication with 3PL partners and suppliers
• Coordinating inventory, deliveries and stock forecasting to support business growth
• Supporting supplier and manufacturer sourcing, building strong operational partnerships
• Assisting with new product launches from sourcing through to production
• Helping build scalable systems, processes and AI-driven operational efficiencies

Ignite are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing women's health & wellness brand to hire a Supply Chain & Operations Manager, following phenomenal early success and rapid community growth. The business is now entering an exciting new scale-up phase, with ambitious plans to expand both its product portfolio and global reach.

They are now looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Supply Chain & Operations Manager to work directly alongside the founders, helping drive the day-to-day operations of a high-growth ecommerce business.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants broad exposure across supply chain, inventory, product launches and operational strategy, with huge ownership from day one.

What will you be doing?

• Managing day-to-day communication with 3PL partners and suppliers
