Job summary

Bis Henderson Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Supply Chain Manager to lead the supply chain function within a manufacturing environment. You will work with local and Group functions to implement change, drive transformation and continuous improvement using data to boost performance.

You will own the S&OP processes, manage inventory and working capital, and develop a high performing team across site functions with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site, global S&OP and lean supply chain management.
• Proven track record of leading change and embedding new ways of working.
• Strong people leadership and development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Site Supply Chain function with coaching across Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, Finance and Logistics.
• Own and optimize S&OE and S&OP processes to balance demand and capacity.
• Drive change and continuous improvement; improve ERP utilisation and planning capability.
• Own supply chain KPIs: forecast accuracy, production plan attainment, inventory, service.
• Manage supply, inventory and working capital with robust stock deployment.
