Job summary

You will assist with order processing, stock checks, invoicing queries, and production reporting, with training provided to the right candidate to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of goods.

Qualifications

• Good IT literacy and numerical reasoning.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with raising and placing purchase orders with suppliers.
• Support regular stock reviews to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Handle queries related to delayed stock and invoicing.
• Check production bookings for accuracy and record changes.
• Distribute live factory and machine updates to the business.
• Maintain filing of live orders and the efficiency tracker.
