Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain/Logistics Coordinator for a temporary role starting immediately. If you have relevant experience and thrive in fast-paced environments, we encourage you to apply. You will join a friendly team at a leading music merchandise company based in Central London.

Responsibilities include:

1. Liaising with vendors and freight partners to ensure timely production and shipping.
2. Creating product setups, including item codes in Navision, barcodes, commodity codes, and country of origin.
3. Raising purchase orders in Navision and communicating order details to suppliers.
4. Tracking and managing all open purchase orders and shipments, updating the Inbound Order Tracker daily.
5. Requesting tracking numbers and packing lists from suppliers and sharing them with relevant teams.
6. Reconciling packing lists with delivered units and updating purchase orders in Navision.
7. Resolving queries related to orders, shipments, and warehouse stock.
8. Monitoring open orders, chasing suppliers for updates, and updating the team on delays.
9. Highlighting discrepancies between packing lists and stock, working to resolve issues.
10. Processing and monitoring stock requests from the wider teams.
11. Processing and invoicing orders for international territories regularly.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience in a similar supply chain or logistics role with a strong understanding of these areas.
2. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a high-pressure environment.
4. Experience with stock management and order management systems.

Note: This is a temporary role starting ASAP. Candidates requiring more than one week's notice to start are not suitable.
