Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain/Logistics Coordinator for a temporary role starting immediately. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and will work with a friendly, dynamic team at a leading music merchandise company based in Central London.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with vendors and freight partners to ensure timely production and shipping
• Creating product setups, including item codes in Navision, barcodes, commodity codes, and country of origin
• Raising purchase orders in Navision and communicating key order and delivery information to suppliers
• Tracking and managing all open purchase orders and shipments, updating the Inbound Order Tracker daily
• Requesting tracking numbers and packing lists from suppliers and sharing with relevant teams
• Reconciliation of packing lists with delivered units and updating POs in Navision
• Resolving queries related to orders, shipments, and warehouse issues
• Monitoring open orders, chasing suppliers for updates, and managing delays
• Highlighting discrepancies and working to resolve queries
• Processing and monitoring stock requests and order invoicing for international territories

Key Requirements

• Experience in a similar role with a solid understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel
• Ability to multitask accurately in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Experience with stock management and order management systems

Note: This is a temporary role to start ASAP. Candidates requiring more than one week's notice are not suitable.
