Job description

Job Title: Supply Chain/Logistics Coordinator (Temporary)

Fantastic new temp Supply Chain/Logistics Coordinator role to start immediately. If you have relevant experience, an eagle eye for detail, and thrive in busy, fast-paced environments, then hit that apply button now! You will be working with a dedicated, fun, and friendly team for this market-leading music merchandise company based in Central London.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Liaising with vendors and freight partners to ensure timely production and shipping.
  2. Creating setup of products, including item codes in Navision, barcodes, commodity codes, and country of origin.
  3. Raising purchase orders in Navision and communicating PO details to suppliers.
  4. Tracking and managing all open purchase orders and shipments, updating the inbound order tracker daily.
  5. Requesting tracking numbers and packing lists from suppliers and sharing with relevant teams.
  6. Reconciling packing lists with delivered units and updating POs in Navision.
  7. Dealing with and resolving queries related to orders, shipments, and warehouse issues.
  8. Monitoring open orders, chasing suppliers for updates, and updating the team on delays.
  9. Highlighting discrepancies between packing lists and stock, working to resolve queries.
  10. Processing and monitoring the tracker, dealing with stock requests from wider teams.
  11. Processing and invoicing international orders regularly.

Key Requirements:

  1. Experience in a similar role with a good understanding of supply chain and logistics.
  2. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
  3. Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  4. Experience with stock management and/or order management systems.
