Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks an experienced Consultant with strong RELEX platform expertise to support end-to-end transformation engagements. You will design, implement and optimise planning solutions enabled by RELEX, translating business requirements into scalable technology-enabled outcomes.

You will lead workstreams across RELEX projects, coordinate with client stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement in demand planning,

Qualifications

Experience delivering RELEX implementation projects (client/consulting/vendor).
Strong knowledge of RELEX modules (Forecasting, Replenishment, Promotion Planning, Space & Assortment).
Proven ability to bridge business requirements and system configuration.
Experience in complex, matrixed environments across functions.
Good understanding of supply chain domains: demand planning, replenishment, promotions.

Responsibilities

Shape and articulate solution designs aligning RELEX to client needs.
Lead RELEX implementation workstreams and optimisation programmes.
Configure and support deployment of RELEX modules (forecasting, replenishment, inventory).
Drive integration with ERP and data platforms.
Engage senior stakeholders with clear recommendations and progress updates.
Collaborate with consulting, data and engineering teams; mentor juniors.
