Job summary

RELEX Solutions in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Supply Chain Consultant to design and deliver customer-specific planning solutions. You will run workshops, specify business requirements, configure the system, and guide clients to RELEX best practice across multiple industries.

You will work closely with customers, global teams and project managers, travel as needed, and mentor junior colleagues. The role blends business analysis with technical configuration, with emphasis on KPI definition,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or retail planning, demand and inventory planning, or implementing/consulting on planning software.
• Structured thinking and comfort with ambiguity; break down requirements and make defensible recommendations.
• Communication across levels, from super users to senior stakeholders.
• Business-fluent German and English; both used daily.
• Willingness to travel depending on project phase.
• Technical affinity: SQL, scripting, or an interest to pick these up.

Responsibilities

• Understand how the customer plans; prepare, facilitate and document workshops and data analysis to identify strengths and gaps.
• Design the target picture: planning processes, roles and KPIs; guide customers to RELEX best practice.
• Build the solution: configure, define business rules, workflows and reporting for the design.
• Demonstrate value: define how forecast accuracy, availability, inventory and cost will be measured; report progress.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and upskill super users for go-live readiness.
• Document what you built: requirements, scope and configuration for handover.
• Collaborate with Technical Consultants and Project Managers across disciplines.
