Job summary

MFI is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to own stock availability, delivery schedules, and PO accuracy. You will partner with Buyers and the central Imports team to optimise the product lifecycle and ensure efficient supply across the organisation.

You will drive stock forecasting, data-driven insights, and process improvements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with on-site responsibilities at Leyland HQ.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce or retail supply chain operations.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP databases.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fast learner in a high-growth environment.
• Effective communicator with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Stock & intake management: forecast stock requirements and lead regular updates with leadership.
• Trading & commercial strategy: analyse sales and margin, feed insights into weekly reviews.
• Order & delivery ownership: maintain purchase orders and delivery schedules for visibility.
• Supplier collaboration: manage supplier relationships, delivery slots, replenishment orders, and markdown proposals.
• Logistics & drop-ship coordination: coordinate international container builds and drop-ship data.
• Customer experience & process improvement: monitor trends and streamline processes across the lifecycle.
