Job summary

MFI is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager to own stock availability, delivery schedules and PO accuracy, partnering with Buyers and central Imports to keep our digital shelves stocked.

Based at our Leyland HQ, this full-time on-site role involves improving cross-functional processes, coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. Occasional travel to North-West sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Stock management experience across categories and product lines.
• Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of ERP/product databases.
• Attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Forecast stock requirements and lead regular WSSI updates.
• Analyze sales and margin performance with finance for weekly reviews.
• Maintain purchase orders, ASN handling, and delivery schedules.
• Build strong supplier relationships including replenishment and open-to-buy management.
• Coordinate with Imports on international container builds and drop-ship data.
• Monitor market trends and ordering patterns to streamline processes across the lifecycle.
