We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. You will play a crucial role in our Supply department.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic supply chain vision in the UK aligned with company objectives to support deployment and maintenance operations.
• Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain performance.

Key Areas

Forecasting & Demand Planning

• Analyze operational data to forecast demand accurately.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust supply tools and ensure proactive stock replenishment.

Stock & Inventory Management

• Maintain optimal stock levels, monitor inventory, and improve tracking and reporting.

Logistics & Warehousing

• Oversee transportation and distribution, ensure compliance, and optimize warehouse layouts.

Cross-Department Coordination

• Coordinate between deployment, maintenance, production, and IT teams to ensure supply chain visibility and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4-6 years in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory, demand forecasting, and warehouse processes.
• Proficient with WMS, ERP, and similar tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, international, startup environments.
