Job summary

Kite Packaging in Coventry is inviting applications for a Supply Chain Management Apprenticeship starting September 2026. Over four years, you will rotate across the logistics operation, take on meaningful responsibilities from day one, and gain hands-on experience while earning a fully funded degree.

The programme includes a BSc (Hons) in Supply Chain Management with Aston University; successful candidates progress to leadership roles, with a clear pathway to Team Leader or Logistics Manager.

Qualifications

• 112 UCAS points.
• Ability to build rapport with others.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence.

Key Skills And Essential Experience

Salary

All successful candidates will be provided with a starting basic salary of £20,000, rising to £28,000 over the programme.

• Holidays 22 days per year rising by 1 each year to 25, including an option to buy or sell a maximum of 3 days, plus statutory holidays.
