Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Staines is offering an Apprentice Project Coordinator role within QuickSTAT, focused on pharmaceutical logistics. You will support planning, tracking milestones, risk logs, and reporting while learning foundational project management and regulatory compliance in a controlled environment.

This two-year fixed-term apprenticeship requires five GCSEs including Maths and English, strong planning, and good communication.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordination and delivery of pharmaceutical logistics projects.
  • Support planning: schedules, risk logs, resource tracking.

  • Assist communication with internal teams, customers and partners.
  • Take meeting notes and track action points.
  • Provide status updates and reporting support.

Job description

  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of pharmaceutical logistics projects, ensuring milestones and timelines are met
  • Support project planning activities including schedules, risk logs, and resource tracking
  • Track project deliverables and escalating potential risks or delays
  • Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory standards
  • Assist in communication with internal teams, customers, and external partners
  • Take meeting notes and track action points
  • Provide status updates and reporting support
  • Update project trackers, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Analyse basic operational data to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Help identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
  • Apprenticeship Contract: Fixed Term 2 years
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
  • Place of work: On site - QuickSTAT - Strata House, 1 Bridge Street, Staines, Surrey, England, TW18 4TP

The minimum entry requirement for this apprenticeship is Five GCSEs at grades 3 - 9 / A-D including Maths & English)

Work alongside experienced project managers, operations teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of logistics solutions, particularly for temperature-sensitive (cold chain) products.
