Job summary

Kite Packaging invites ambitious graduates to join its Management Development Programme based at the Letchworth branch, with the goal of developing into senior management roles across areas like General Management, Logistics, Purchasing, and Finance.

You will be mentored by a Kite Senior Manager and gain valuable operational insight, with a starting salary of £36,000 and progression opportunities within the business.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of 2.1 honours degree.
• Recently completed a Graduate Programme.
• Have achieved a minimum of A, A, B in three A-Levels or 136 UCAS points.
• Possess strong numerical skills.
• Have work experience in a customer facing environment.
• Have excellent people skills with the ability to easily create a rapport with others.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Kite Packaging's Management Development Programme across areas such as General Management, Logistics & Supply Chain, Purchasing / Procurement, and Finance.
• Interface at a senior level within the company and be mentored by a Kite Senior Manager.
• Develop the skills and experience to potentially join the future management team.
