Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited invites undergraduates to join its UK internship, focusing on Supply Chain & Logistics and offering hands-on experience across planning, procurement, and digital transformation. You will work on several projects from day one, develop real end-to-end understanding of the supply chain, and gain exposure to cross-functional teams while contributing to ongoing

Qualifications

• Open to undergraduates for the whole duration of the placement.
• CV and Cover Letter outlining motivation and suitability must be included.

Responsibilities

• Supplier management: liaise with suppliers to ensure delivery dates; manage non-conformances for replacements.
• SAP experience: handle purchase orders, non-conformance processing, stock management and exception messages.
• SCBP understanding: collaborate with Supply Chain Business Partners to support identified topics.
• Supply chain familiarisation: learn ordering management and its role in planning, supply, and logistics.
• Digitalisation & continuous improvement: explore data analytics, process mining, KPIs, dashboards and ideas to improve information flow.
