Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited is offering a year-long procurement internship at our UK facilities. You will work closely with engineers, buyers and project teams to manage supplier relationships and procurement processes across Airbus programmes.

Open to undergraduates; you will gain experience in negotiations, contracts and cross-functional collaboration, with a dedicated placement manager supporting your development throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate status for the entire duration of the placement.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end procurement for critical aircraft components across all Airbus programmes.
• Negotiating complex supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Collaborating with Multi-Functional Teams (engineering, production, quality, and legal) to align procurement strategies.
• Learning to establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
