Naked Wines is seeking a Supply Network Planning Analyst to design, build, and maintain decision tools guiding stock movements across US and AUS. You’ll work on production timing, inventory policy alignment, and AI-driven workflows to boost planning efficiency.

The role sits in a hybrid UK-based setup, focused on growth and customer experience. You’ll collaborate with the Commercial teams, develop robust planning models, and proactively mitigate risks to keep operations smooth and campaigns on

Qualifications

• Advanced Google Sheets with complex formulas and arrays.
• Practical AI/Automation experience for solving bottlenecks.
• Experience designing decision-making tools from logistics data.
• Strong knowledge of production timing, lead times, inventory aging, shelf-life.

Responsibilities

• Develop collaborative decision-support tools (primarily in Google Sheets) for US and Australian markets.
• Shape production timing to align factory output with market arrival windows.
• Create AI-driven automated workflows to streamline planning tasks.
• Build visibility models to project inventory levels and mitigate shelf-life risks.
• Liaise with US Commercial team to provide updates on product availability for campaigns.
• Identify bottlenecks, delays, and stockouts; propose mitigation options.
• Ensure stock allocation supports key sales and marketing initiatives.
