Job summary

Outsource UK Limited is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst on a 6-month contract to join its Analytics & Data Science function. The role focuses on turning supply chain and logistics data into actionable insights to improve availability, stock flow and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial teams to translate data into recommendations and support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and turn them into insights.
• Experience with supply chain, logistics, operations or retail data.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse supply chain and logistics data to identify trends, opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.
• Turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for operational stakeholders.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial teams to understand business challenges and support decision-making.
• Investigate and solve complex operational problems using data-driven analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve availability, stock flow and operational efficiency.
• Deliver deep-Dive analysis and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations that can have measurable business impact.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making through data and insight.
• Work collaboratively with analysts and data scientists to deliver scalable analytical solutions.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and data-driven decision-making.
