This is an exciting opportunity for a Human Rights Manager to lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of human rights initiatives within our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will ensure that supply chain human rights risks are assessed, prioritized, and mitigated, and that the company's human rights requirements are effectively communicated and enforced throughout the supply chain.
Competitive salary (£65,000-£75,000), car allowance (£8,400), up to 20% bonus, private medical insurance, and additional benefits such as pension, life assurance, and employee discounts.
Remote role after initial onboarding, working Monday-Friday from 08:30 to 17:00. Contract: Permanent. Location: Spalding, England.
