What you'll be doing

1. Ensure operational risk events across SME Lending are updated accurately, investigated thoroughly, and actions are completed in a timely manner.
2. Work with SME Lending to deliver the requirements of the Conduct Risk framework.
3. Collate monthly submissions for the Operational Risk Committee and Customer and Conduct Committee.
4. Support SME Lending in completing conduct and assurance actions.

Working hours

Monday to Friday. This is a remote role, with expected travel to the Southampton office at least once a quarter.
