LeMieux, the UK’s fastest-growing equestrian and lifestyle brand, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to own landed-cost accounting across UK, US and EU, and to drive cost-to-serve improvements with clear commercial recommendations.

Based at Romsey HQ, you’ll collaborate with Buying, Merchandising and Logistics to optimise inventory, automate reporting and support budgeting and forecasts in our fast-growing consumer business.

Qualifikationen

• CIMA qualification in progress or newly qualified.
• Experience in commercial finance, FP&A or related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting and landed-cost analysis.
• Experience partnering with Supply Chain, Logistics, Buying or Merchandising.

Aufgaben

• Own SKU-level landed-cost accounting across UK, US and EU.
• Identify and explain variances against standard costs and forecast P&L impact.
• Review SKU standard costs annually to minimise variances.
• Build dashboards and KPIs covering cost per order and capacity.
• Model key decisions on air vs sea freight, MOQs, and delivery pricing.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Buying and Merchandising to improve margins.
• Replace manual reporting with automated dashboards where possible.
