Job summary

ASOS.com Ltd sits within the Supply Chain Finance team and acts as a key Finance business partner to Warehouse Operations across multiple sites. You will own financial performance, reporting and outlook for your area, working closely with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions and drive cost/service efficiency.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in supply chain or manufacturing finance partnering.
• Skilled with large data sets, scenario planning and modelling.
• Track record of high‑quality analysis and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder influence and management capabilities.
• Proven leadership and teamwork for wider success.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high information volumes.
• Flexible, practical problem solver with initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good time management and organisation.
• Disciplined production and documentation of work.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L, financial reporting and outlook for your area.
• Lead month-end, forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Provide clear insights into cost, productivity and efficiency drivers.
• Challenge operational plans and investment decisions.
• Identify risks/opportunities and track actions.
• Produce scenario analysis and financial modelling.
• Partner Procurement and Supply Chain to improve commercial outcomes.
• Support business cases and projects to optimise costs and performance.
• Collaborate with Change and Transformation to improve processes and data flows.
• Develop a high‑performing Finance team through coaching and knowledge sharing.
