Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Finance Business Partner for Warehouse Operations across multiple UK sites, with travel to Germany and Poland. You will own P&L, lead month-end, forecast and budget processes, and provide insightful analysis to improve cost, service and operational efficiency.

The role requires qualified accounting credentials and a strong track record in supply chain finance, data modelling and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in supply chain or manufacturing business partnering.
• Experience with large data sets, scenario planning and modelling.
• Strong analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Stakeholder influence and management experience.
• Leadership and team-player attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of information.
• Flexibility to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a trusted Finance business partner to senior Warehouse Operations stakeholders.
• Owning the P&L, financial reporting and performance analysis for your area, ensuring results are accurate, timely and complete.
• Leading month-end, forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring that operational and commercial plans are properly reflected in the financial outlook.
• Providing clear insight into financial and operational performance, including the underlying drivers of cost, productivity and efficiency.
• Constructively challenging operational plans, assumptions and investment decisions.
• Identifying financial risks and opportunities and ensuring that appropriate actions are agreed, owned and tracked.
• Producing scenario analysis and financial modelling to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Partnering Procurement and relevant Supply Chain teams to strengthen commercial outcomes and improve value from external partners.
• Supporting business cases and projects that optimise costs, income and operational performance.
• Working with Change and Transformation teams to improve processes, controls, data flows and management information.
• Improving alignment between Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Finance and the wider Finance function.
• Supporting the development of a high-performing Finance team through coaching, knowledge-sharing and consistently high standards.
