Job summary

LeMieux, the UK’s fastest-growing equestrian and lifestyle brand, is seeking a Product Data Analyst to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product data across Akeneo, Business Central and Canto/DAM. You’ll work with Design, Garment Tech and Product teams to validate and maintain essential information.

You will review data against standards, implement cleansing activities, and help define data ownership and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accuracy, completeness and consistency of product data across Akeneo/PIM, Business Central and Canto/DAM.
• Collaborate with Design, Garment Tech and Product teams to populate and maintain product information.
• Review data against standards and fix missing, inaccurate or inconsistent data.
• Support data cleansing activities and address recurring quality issues with data owners.
• Help establish clear product data standards, definitions and ownership.
• Assist data mapping, validation and cleansing across connected systems.
• Coordinate with ERP and PLM teams to consider data needs in system changes.
• Support requirements gathering, testing, data prep and migration for new platforms.
• Act as a key contact for product data quality and educate teams on data responsibilities.

We’re seeking a Product Data Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of our brand.

What You’ll Do

• Own the day-to-day accuracy, completeness and consistency of product data across Akeneo/PIM, Business Central and Canto/DAM.
• Work closely with Design, Garment Tech and Product teams to populate, validate and maintain required product information.
• Review product data against agreed standards, identifying and correcting missing, inaccurate or inconsistent information before it moves downstream.
• Support product data cleansing activities and spot recurring data quality issues, working with data owners to resolve the more complex ones.
• Help establish and maintain clear product data standards, definitions, ownership and processes, and document them to reduce reliance on manual knowledge.
• Support data mapping, validation and cleansing across connected systems, and help identify the impact of data changes on downstream processes.
• Partner with the Business Transformation and ERP Product teams to make sure data requirements are considered in system changes and future PLM implementation.
• Support requirements gathering, testing, data preparation and migration as new platforms and processes are introduced.
• Act as a key point of contact for product data quality, building strong relationships across teams and helping them understand their data responsibilities.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience working with product, master or business data, ideally including large volumes where accuracy and completeness matter.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to identifying and correcting data issues.
• Confidence working across different teams to gather, validate and improve information, and to constructively challenge data quality issues.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple data priorities as they change.
• Comfort working with business systems and understanding how data is structured and used across different platforms - experience with a PIM, ERP or DAM (Akeneo, Business Central or Canto are a bonus) is a plus.
• A proactive, curious approach - you look beyond the immediate issue to understand why it happened and improve the process at source.
• Good communication skills, able to explain data requirements clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data governance, migration or system implementation projects, or exposure to PLM/product lifecycle data, is an advantage.
