Job summary

RHR is partnering with a fashion-led footwear retailer to recruit a Supply Chain & Distribution Coordinator at its London head office. You will oversee the end-to-end flow from suppliers to warehouses, stores, wholesale partners and e-commerce customers, coordinating import shipments, liaising with freight forwarders and ensuring HMRC customs compliance and accurate shipment tracking.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in supply chain or logistics, strong Excel skills, keen attention to detail

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in supply chain, logistics or distribution
• Solid understanding of import/export customs procedures
• Experience working with freight forwarders

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import shipments and monitor deliveries
• Liaise with freight forwarders and handle customs documentation
• Support store openings/closures and respond to delivery queries
