Job summary

RHR is hiring a Supply Chain & Distribution Coordinator in London to ensure smooth flow from suppliers to warehouses, stores, wholesale and e-commerce customers. You will coordinate import shipments, liaise with freight forwarders, manage customs documentation and HMRC compliance.

With 2–3 years' experience in supply chain or distribution, you will excel in Excel, communication, and problem-solving. Salary up to £35,000, four days in the office, start between 8am–10am, plus pension and staff

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in supply chain, logistics or distribution.
• Solid understanding of import/export customs procedures and experience with freight forwarders.
• Strong Excel, attention to detail, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels; proactive with multiple priorities and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import shipments and liaise with freight forwarders.
• Manage customs documentation and HMRC compliance.
• Monitor deliveries and maintain shipment tracking.
• Support stock integrity and resolve logistics issues.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support store openings/closures; oversee delivery queries and claims.
• Provide operational support across end-to-end supply chain and distribution.
