Job summary

A fashion-led footwear retailer in London seeks a Supply Chain & Distribution Co-ordinator to join its head office. You will manage import shipments, liaise with freight forwarders and ensure HMRC compliance, helping to move stock from suppliers to stores, wholesale partners and online customers.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in supply chain or logistics, strong Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail and the confidence to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in supply chain, logistics or distribution.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy are essential.
• Solid understanding of import/export customs procedures and freight forwarders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import shipments and liaise with freight forwarders.
• Manage customs documentation and HMRC compliance.
• Monitor deliveries and maintain shipment tracking.
• Support stock integrity and resolve logistics issues with stakeholders.
• Assist store openings/closures and oversee delivery queries and claims.
