   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

4. Team Leadership & Development:
   • Mentor and develop junior consultants.
   • Support recruitment and training of supply chain talent.

• 10+ years in supply chain consulting or retail/FMCG industry.
• Deep expertise in network strategy, transformation, or logistics optimization.
• Proven experience leading large-scale projects.
• Strong financial modelling and business case skills.
• Advanced problem-solving, commercial acumen, stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau.
