The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology-focused professionals who work together to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardised delivery model, which drives professional delivery to clients. The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in cloud applications (SAP, Ariba) to lead and deliver client programmes, support pre-sales activities, and develop improvements and extensions to Powered Enterprise.

The Role

We are seeking talented individuals with experience in SAP S/4HANA advisory and implementation across various solution process areas. This is a high-profile role within the Supply Chain Capability team, requiring a balance of business development/sales origination to grow the practice and strong client delivery.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

1. Lead business development and sales initiatives including bid, proposal, and contract / commercial negotiations with our SAP clients.
2. As an Engagement Lead and/or Enterprise Architect, lead the delivery of high-quality SAP S/4HANA advisory and delivery projects.
3. Provide specialist advice in SAP Digital Supply Chain management and work closely with client leads to optimise processes and maximise the benefits of SAP.
4. Lead the growth of SAP Supply Chain Capability through sharing knowledge, developing thought leadership, and supporting the career aspirations of team members.
5. Have a functional expertise of the latest SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions and roadmap.
6. Advise on migration roadmap to SAP S/4HANA.
7. Possess industry experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation in sectors like manufacturing, consumer goods, Oil & Gas/Energy, pharmaceuticals, or retail.

The Person

• Functional expertise and knowledge of the latest SAP Digital Supply Chain suite and roadmap.
• Deep understanding of digital Supply Chain trends, industry, digital manufacturing, and SCM digital solutions that integrate with SAP.
• Experience leading bids, proposals, and commercial negotiations with clients.
• Proven experience as an Engagement Lead and/or Enterprise Architect for large SAP transformation programs.
• Experience managing onshore, offshore, and near-shore resources effectively.
• Ability to build strong client relationships based on expertise and delivery quality.
• Strong interpersonal, team-building, organizational, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and oral).
• SAP system design, build, and deployment experience, with a preference for minimum 4 full lifecycle implementations.
• Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and translating requirements into design.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality project deliverables such as business requirements, solution design documents, and process flows.
