Position: Director - Supply Chain

This Director - Supply Chain position is open to candidates with at least a GCSE qualification. The role involves overseeing supply chain strategies and projects within the logistics sector.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead Network Strategy & Transformation Projects: Develop and implement supply chain network strategies, optimize distribution networks, analyze logistics operations, and utilize data-driven insights for strategic planning.
2. Client & Project Management: Manage consultancy projects, collaborate with client stakeholders, and oversee project timelines and budgets.
3. Business Growth & Thought Leadership: Identify new business opportunities, support proposal development, and contribute to industry insights and innovative strategies.
4. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor junior staff, support recruitment, and promote inclusivity and leadership within TMX Transform.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 10+ years in supply chain consulting, preferably in retail, FMCG, or postal industries.
• Expertise in network strategy, DC design, automation, and logistics optimization.
• Proven leadership in large-scale projects and financial modeling skills.
• Strong client relationship, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau.
