Job summary

Camlin Group in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Business Analyst to transform supply chain data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and continuous improvement. You will work with Planning, Engineering, Purchasing and Logistics to develop dashboards in Power BI and report KPIs for strategic initiatives.

You will ensure data accuracy, collaborate across teams, and support data-driven decisions to optimise operations and performance.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in supply chain, analytics, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in data/ business analysis within supply chain or operations.
• Experience in supply chain, manufacturing or operations environment.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for reporting and data manipulation.
• Experience with data models, databases and statistical techniques.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, cross-functional team player.

Responsibilities

• Analyse supply chain and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports to support business decision-making.
• Collect, interpret and report on key business and supply chain KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to support data-driven strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver insights and recommendations that improve operational performance and efficiency.
• Support business intelligence activities through quantitative analysis and reporting.
• Evaluate supply chain opportunities and contribute to strategic improvement projects.
• Conduct statistical analysis and maintain records to support departmental objectives and performance metrics.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures relating to data collection and analysis.
• Support the implementation of standard work and process improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across business systems and reporting platforms.
