Join the exciting journey of one of the UK's largest nuclear projects at Sizewell C!

The Sizewell C (SZC) project requires a Data Analyst to join the Civil Works Alliance Supply Chain team. The role involves managing and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making and information management. Key responsibilities include:

1. Gathering data from multiple sources and creating reports for performance reviews, risk management, programme and budget oversight.
2. Developing Power BI dashboards, either from scratch or by migrating existing ones.
3. Managing data quality and stewardship within procurement systems.
4. Enhancing data quality organization-wide through system use and training.
5. Identifying opportunities to leverage data for product development and organizational capabilities.
6. Collaborating with analysts to ensure data integrity through collection, processing, and verification.
7. Detecting system anomalies and providing insights.
8. Performing bespoke data analyses to improve products or processes.
9. Validating and analyzing data sets.
10. Creating semi-automated analytical processes for standard datasets.
11. Documenting analytical workflows.
12. Presenting data visually for performance reviews and reporting.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in gathering user requirements and developing tailored tools and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data warehousing tools and techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
• A collaborative mindset, eager to support team success.
• Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to technical and business challenges.
• Strong data management and analytical skills, especially with large datasets.
• Good knowledge of Office365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, GIS, statistics, or databases.
• Understanding of cloud services like Azure or AWS.
