Role Overview

Responsible for developing production and supply plans considering forecasts, material availability, and manufacturing capacity. Responsible for maintaining optimal planning parameters in ERP systems to enhance subassembly production and raw material supply plans. May also manage the provision of materials to manufacturing based on schedules and oversee the shipping of finished goods to distribution centers, supporting policies for customer delivery and inventory management. This role includes planners and inventory control personnel.

What you'll do

• Create visible data management across the supply chain to enable effective decision-making and action plans.
• Review and analyze all MRP/ERP planning attributes to ensure on-time delivery and optimized inventory turns.
• Handle complex, sometimes bespoke data analytical tasks to support team and business development.
• Develop training plans for the Supply Chain department and create work instructions for Oracle workflows, delivering user training.
• Manage a small portfolio of production planning and raw material purchasing, covering for colleagues during absences.

Who you are

• Proficient in Oracle Planning and Material Management modules, with a degree or relevant experience.
• 10+ years in Supply Chain, specifically in Materials/Planning and distribution.
• Advanced Excel skills, capable of constructing complex formulas and manipulating data sets.
• Motivated problem-solver with training experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, production, and material planning systems like Oracle or SAP.
