Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator (Supply Chain) for a 6–9 month fixed-term contract based in Alba, Piedmont, Italy. You will coordinate day-to-day customer orders, monitor deliveries, and act as a key link between customers, Commercial teams and logistics partners.

You will work with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Distribution and Finance to ensure accurate order fulfilment, product availability and timely stakeholder communication during a busy period.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, Order Management or Supply Chain.
• FMCG environment experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day processing and management of customer orders and progress them to delivery.
• Monitor orders against forecasts and customer requirements, resolve issues with relevant teams.
• Track deliveries with third-party logistics partners and coordinate returns when needed.
• Support customer forecasts, product intake and seasonal requirements, and maintain relationships with customer contacts.
