• Monitor the national quotations inbox and respond promptly and professionally.
• Provide quotations for Sales Representatives, Account Managers and direct customers within service levels.
• Identify suitable suppliers, compare prices and negotiate costs to achieve best value.
• Develop bespoke, cost-effective options for complex customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Tender Team to source specialist supplier rates and solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date quotations and supplier rates in company systems.
• Support the transition from quotation to booking with the Bookings Team.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve team processes.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues to progress requests.
