Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Coordinator to support the procurement and supply chain team as the company expands. The role focuses on inventory management, goods-in, vendor data, and KPI reporting to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced SME environment.

Experience in a fast-paced SME purchasing or logistics role is desirable.

Responsibilities

Process purchase orders based on forecast, reorder points, and demand while monitoring expiry dates and batch control.
Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to manage goods-in processes, ensuring smooth stock movement and timely resolution of any non-conformance issues.
Collect and maintain vendor data for the onboarding of new products and manage price updates.
Assist with invoice and purchase order discrepancies.
Prepare documentation for domestic and international shipments while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Collate and report on key operational KPI measures.
